By leveraging our relationships, we find viable investment opportunities both on- and off-market. Our focus is mostly on multifamily real estate assets with value-add opportunities.
After our meticulous underwriting process, the investment opportunities that meet our markers and qualifiers are then put together into a packaged offering for you to review.
You analyze the investment offerings and decide on which opportunities you would like to participate in. Once your funds are received, you immediately become an equity partner in that particular multifamily property.
You Get Cashflow from The Rents
You Get a Handsome Payout
The rental income generated from the property is used to service the debt and handle other expenses related to managing the asset. The profit is distributed to investors as passive income. The distributions are paid out to investors quarterly.
By acquiring multifamily real estate properties with value-add opportunities, we are able to force equity through minor repositioning. This means much higher rates of returns for our investors when exiting the property. Hold time is between 3 to 7 years.
