Kainan Investments LLC is a privately held real estate investment syndication company, specializing in multifamily real estate assets with value-add opportunities.
As a syndication company, Kainan Investments LLC leverages the power of pooled funds, from investors, to acquire interests in high value apartment buildings. The rents received from the properties yield residual income for our investors.

For each deal that we offer, a separate Limited Liability Company (“LLC”) is formed, under which the deal is held and managed. Each LLC is structured as a Single Purpose Entity. The investors become the joint members and owners of the LLC, therefore, each hold an indirect economic interest in the underlying real estate property. This means that you are not just an investor, but an indirect owner of the real estate property that you invest in.
Our Team
Manne Favor - President
​
Manne Favor is the President of Kainan Investments LLC. He has an extensive background in executive management and capital raising. He is an ordained minister, philanthropist and a businessman, with over 20 years of experience leading, developing and directing mid-sized non-profit organizations. Manne has served as Executive Director in various mission-driven organizations, in different countries. He first started out in real estate in 2005, fixing and flipping single family homes. In 2021, he transitioned from single family to multifamily properties and started Kainan Investments.

He received his Bachelor of Theology from Trinity College of Ministerial Arts in Nigeria, West Africa.

Rebecca Favor - Market Research
Rebecca has a background in public health. With over 16 years of experience in qualitative, quantitative, and clinical research, she brings a unique skillset to the company as a market analyst. Her training and experience in researching health-related matters give her an edge in researching market trends and identifying key indicators based on our acquisition criteria.

She attended Rice University and obtained a BA in Psychology. She later attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health and obtained both a Masters and a Doctorate in Public Health. ​
